Really good stay with nice amenities
helpful staff clean room convenient location
The staff impressed ME. They were always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean and included a complimentary bottle of water daily. I found the central location convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and bus connections, AROUND THE corner.
The noise insulation was not PERFECT. I could sometimes hear sounds from the busy street.

The check-in process was efficient and pleasant. The staff was helpful throughout MY stay. Staff members provided useful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The team ensured all requests were handled promptly and courteously.

loud air conditioning insufficient curtains
The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
The air conditioning unit made a loud noise throughout the night. I found it difficult to sleep because of this persistent disturbance. the curtains did not block enough light. The room became too bright early in the morning.

limited breakfast inattentive staff
The breakfast options felt quite limited (I really wanted some more variety). I found the staff to be less attentive than expected. There is no gym available. I also found the TV service difficult to navigate.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They booked restaurants and provided great recommendations. The hotel's location proved very convenient. Many locations were within walking distance. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The breakfast was tasty.
