The staff impressed ME. They were always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean and included a complimentary bottle of water daily. I found the central location convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and bus connections, AROUND THE corner.
The noise insulation was not PERFECT. I could sometimes hear sounds from the busy street.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
The air conditioning unit made a loud noise throughout the night. I found it difficult to sleep because of this persistent disturbance. the curtains did not block enough light. The room became too bright early in the morning.

The breakfast options felt quite limited (I really wanted some more variety). I found the staff to be less attentive than expected. There is no gym available. I also found the TV service difficult to navigate.
